Life at Upper Highway Vineyard is expressed in a variety of groups. There are week-night connect-groups in different homes in the Kloof to Hillcrest area, and there are bible-study, prayer and intercession groups based at the church building.

There is a volunteer maintenance team, an early-morning men’s group, and various groups for women and young adults.
